Paul Butler
The Survey and Outline Design
To start the design process
Paul will make an initial visit
to your garden to discuss your
requirements.
Working together, a brief
will be formed which will be
the basis for your
proposed garden design.
Once the detailed site survey is carried out,
recording the shape, size, aspect and also
determining the exact position of all existing
features, a design, drawn to scale is produced for
your approval.
Usually amendments are made to this drawing.
It shows and names all the main features in your
new garden and may include some construction
drawings, along with plantings suggestions
& artists impressions of focal points.
Costing
(a) Design cost is dependant upon size of garden
and number of visits.
(b) Full project
Would be detailed and costed as part of the
visits Butler Landscapes would make and if
contracted to undertake the full project the
design fee is included as part of the total cost.

high quality and competitive landscape services,

Planting Plan
Should you wish to plant your own garden this
independent service can provide a detailed planting
plan. Each border is soil tested, drawn to scale and
shows the required amounts and quantities of each
variety along with their positions in the border,
a separate cost is involved.
We are also happy to work with other designers
ideas to construct your garden.
