Paul Butler
To start the design process
Paul will make
an initial visit to
your garden & discuss
your
requirements. Working together
a brief
will be formed which will
be the basis for
your proposed
garden design.
We are also happy to work with
other
designers ideas to construct
your garden.
The Survey and Outline Design
A detailed site survey is carried out recording the
shape, size and aspect also determining the exact
position of all existing features. A pencil design,
drawn to scale is produced for your approval.
Any
amendments can be made at this stage before
the final
master plan.
A hand drawn master plan design is produced.
Your design is drawn to scale and presented in standard or laminated for protection. It shows
and names all the main features in your new garden
& may include some construction drawings, along
with planting suggestions & artists impressions
of focal points.
Design cost is dependant upon size of garden
and number of visits.
Full project – would be detailed and costed as part
of the visits Butler Landscapes would make and if contracted to undertake the full project the design
fee is included as part of the total cost.
Planting Plan
Should you wish to plant your own garden this independent service can provide a detailed planting plan. Each border is soil tested, drawn to scale
and shows the required amounts and quantities of each variety along with their positions in the border,
a separate cost is involved.
