Butler Landscapes were proud to be appointed as the main contractors for The Garden for Alice at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry.
The project was developed in memory of Alice, a young patient who inspired everyone she met. The garden was designed to provide a calm, restorative space for patients, families, and staff; a place of reflection, connection and comfort away from the wards.
Working closely with the design team and the hospital, our team transformed the vision into reality by:
The completion of the garden was marked by a turf-cutting ceremony and an official opening, attended by the Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire and representatives from RJAH. It was a moment of celebration for a project that will continue to support wellbeing for years to come.
